Returns & Shipping Policies
Return PolicyWe want you and your family to be completely happy with your Dreamup Toys product. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following based on how you purchased the product:
- Amazon.com: log into your Amazon account and initiate a return.
- Dreamuptoys.com: contact Customer Service and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Shipping PolicyAll orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout. Dreamup Toys offers standard shipping through USPS of 2-6 days.
Free shipping is available on orders over $44.
We offer international shipping to the following countries/regions: Australia & New Zealand, Canada, European Union, Mexico and United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dreamup Toys LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
